The ANPC Nation Government ID (FDL) Card is a beautiful full color ID card That has been authenticated by John Kerry at United States Department of State as well as Embassy of Singapore for International Travel. This Card fully meets ALL the security requirements of typical international IDs. They have been used successfully, together WITH the Copies of the Authentication papers,  for many applications such as : Opening bank accounts and PO Boxes, getting Library cards, applying for a national passport, car & Uhaul rentals (use together WITH the IDP ), hotel room rental and many more.

This card is good for 5 Years and contains, on the back of the card, the authentication number as well as a QR Code which can be scanned using any QR Code Reader app on any smart phone.

NOTE 1: When using this card at a motel or pharmacy for example who asks for ID, have them enter it in as a "passcard or passport" when asked for "ID Type".

Note 2:When traveling in any private conveyance, it MUST be used together with the FDL & private International Driving Permit per the Geneva UN Rules of the Road

NOTE: Many people may cringe at the use of the word "License" on the Foreign Drivers License because We, as American nationals are NOT required to have any "Licenses". It is not required, but we CAN apply the meaning of the word if we desire to. Please, see the below Highlighted definitions 4 and 5 with meanings apply to the New ANPC “Union State Diplomat License”. THIS is our meaning in this application and allows this card to fit the specifications per the Updated Geneva Rules of the Road Treaty.

This was simply done so as to better “integrate” with common terms, but by NO MEANS indicates that the party carrying it is required to have permission from anyone to travel in their own private automobile nor does it infringe on any rights of the bearer whatsoever!!! No “License” is required to perform a natural God Given Right!
